Volthium 51.2V 100Ah Battery (Group 8D)

The Volthium 51.2V100AH batteries, with or without an integrated heating system, are equipped with MODBUS and CANBUS communication protocols. They communicate with Schneider, Victron, and Solark inverters. Additionally, they comply with the ABYC standard, including clause E-13 regarding communication.

Indeed, the battery integrates communication allowing the customer to set an audible and visual alert before the batteries switch to protection mode. Using their mobile phone and the Volthium Monitor app, the customer can set an alert for a specific SOC percentage of their choice, as well as set an alert for high and low temperatures. This feature is available on several Volthium batteries. Moreover, the 51.2V 100AH batteries are made with CSA UL1973 certified cells.

The battery is designed for energy storage banks ranging from 5 kWh to 20 kWh.

These batteries have the particularity of having an accessible and reserved chamber for the BMS. This makes them repairable if needed and allows extending the life of the cells by limiting heat transmission to them. Additionally, a private chamber increases the usable temperature range of these batteries.

This new generation of batteries also features a stainless steel button to disable discharge. The battery is also equipped with an incoming charge current regulator (DC-DC @ 9Amp). A soft start for precharging capacitors is also integrated. This LiFePO4 battery is made for the commercial industry and designed to withstand vibrations.

If you opt for the self-heating version, it can be charged down to -40 degrees.

10-year warranty, useful life of about 15 years or more.

This BMS microcontroller manufacturer is recognized worldwide in the field of electric vehicles, in addition to its long-standing collaboration with NASA and the US military. The programming and communication protocols are entirely developed by our engineers in Quebec.

ABS 24V solar storage batteries are equipped with A+ grade prismatic cells, manufactured by the Volkswagen group.
