Location of Website Operation

wattsuninnovation.com is a website of Wattsun Innovations Inc., a Canadian company based in Quebec. Therefore, the applicable legislation of the province of Quebec and Canada applies.

Prices

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes as well as shipping and delivery charges are extra. wattsuninnovations.com may change the price of products offered on its website at any time without notice.

Shipping

Delivery is available almost everywhere in Canada. Some restrictions may apply. Please note that we may adjust fees for northern destinations (accessible by air transport only). You will be contacted to accept these fees before shipment. Products with large volume or high weight have a postal surcharge that remains even if the invoice includes more than $250 of regular-priced products.

It is also possible to process your order expressively by contacting us at 438.928.8766. Additional charges may apply.

Postage fees are automatically waived once the order exceeds $250 before taxes of regular-priced items. Clearance items that do not count towards the $250 can be combined with an eligible order at no additional cost.

There are NO delivery fees applied when you choose the option to pick up via our drop-off point.

Delivery Times

Normally, when the product is in stock, the order is processed within 48 hours, and delivery times vary between one or two business days depending on the delivery address. If one of the products is out of stock or on pre-order, we wait for your order to be complete before shipping it, which may result in additional delays. One of our advisors will contact you to inform you of the delays.

Shipping Restrictions

Canada: Items from the wattsuninnovations.com shop are shipped almost anywhere in the country.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us to inform us at sales@wattsun.ca. Afterwards, you will be able to return the product in its packaging and in its original condition within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund. It is important to include your personal information (name, address, phone number and/or email address) so that we can easily contact you if necessary.

wattsuninnovations.com cannot be held responsible for loss or damage incurred during the return of goods. It is therefore imperative to entrust your shipment to a trusted carrier.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible via our email, sales@wattsun.ca. For orders that are cancelled after shipment, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange

If you wish to get a refund for your purchase, return the product in its original packaging and in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. For an exchange or a credit note, the deadline is 60 days according to the conditions listed above. Clearance items with a discount of more than 15% will be considered final sale.

If the product does not suit you (which is not an error of the wattsuninnovations.com team), return postage costs are at your expense. If you wish to make an exchange, we will cover the cost of sending the new package. Do not hesitate to contact us, we are available via sales@wattsun.ca.

Warranty

Each supplier has its own refund, replacement, or repair policies. The most efficient way is to contact us by email at sales@wattsun.ca by sending a photo initially with a short description of the problem. Afterwards, a member of our team will evaluate everything, case by case.

Unless otherwise stated, wattsuninnovations.com may be used by individuals or for commercial purposes. Displaying, using, or downloading any element of the site for commercial purposes is therefore prohibited. It is also prohibited to reproduce any element of the site, in any way and in any form, without written authorization from wattsuninnovations.com.
